H&H Tax Service Texas owner Heather Webster has over 20 years of experience in tax preparation, payroll services and legal documentation. As a mother of four, wife, and public school teacher, Heather became frustrated with seeing and hearing so many stories of big-named companies taking advantage of hard-working people to prepare and file their annual taxes. This was the motivation behind combining her two greatest passions- math and the law- to establish H & H Tax Service Texas. What began as a way for her to provide fellow educators and their families with both accurate and affordable tax preparation over ten years ago has now flourished into the amazing company it is today.
The foundation of our company has been built on three core beliefs: integrity, trust and commitment. Integrity to us is ensuring our actions are at the highest level of the ethics code. We put in time and effort to establish trust with each of our clients so they can be confident that all of the information they have entrusted us with is safe and confidential. My husband and I have been together for more than 20 years, we have 4 children and I worked as a math teacher for over 12 in public education. I have an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Bachelor’s degree from UMHB and a Masters degree in Leadership. My love for math and the law formed my passion for tax preparation, which I have more than 20 years experience in. In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, and everything outdoors.
Hilary Miller

Wife and mother of 3. I have worked in public education for 5 years and in healthcare and medical insurance claims for over 15 years. I have over 15 years of experience with state and federal data entry and legal documentation requirements as well as 5 years of experience in federal tax preperation. In my free time I enjoy the beach, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
Drew Webster
Office Manager
I have been raised my entire life in and around the business of tax preparation. I have spent the past eight years learning and growing professionally, while processing financial insurance claims and gaining experience in office management. Which would ultimately prepare me to expand that knowledge into the financial world of taxes and bookkeeping. I am looking forward to the joining the family business and helping our clients and each of our businesses to meet their financial goals. In my free time I enjoy karaoke, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
